1. Guests must present booking confirmation and a valid government ID upon arrival.
2. Accommodation bookings must adhere to the membership policy.
3. Sub-members may request booking permission as per membership guidelines.
4. Single-room occupancy allows for 2 adults & 2 children under 5 years or 3 adults. Additional adults require an extra bed.
5. Single occupancy bookings are eligible for a discount of up to 30%.
6. To avail of the offer, guests must prepay 999 – 1249 per adult per day, and 599 – 999 per child, for unlimited breakfast & dinner, as per the respective hotel's policy.
7. Bookings should be made at least 10 - 12 days in advance, subject to availability. In case of unavailability, guests will be provided alternative accommodation.
8. Additional services beyond the offer are chargeable at the resort.
9. Resort decisions are final in case of conflicts.
10. Membership cannot be refunded, extended, or encased. Offers must be utilized within the specified validity period.
11. Legal matters will be resolved by an arbitrator in Mumbai jurisdiction, with exceptions for errors and omissions.
12. Guests should address any service-related issues directly with the vendor; Smira Services Private Limited assumes no liability.
13. Confirmed bookings are nonrefundable but can be rescheduled with prior notice of 48 – 72 hours.
14. Other categories may have distinct terms based on their offers.
15. Bookings are transferable only to blood relations with mandatory proof.
16. Friday & Saturday bookings incur an additional charge of 999 per room per day. Discounts up to 50% off apply to blackout dates, seasons, and luxury hotel bookings.
17. Offer valid for the first booking only for members who haven't utilized their single hotel booking. After validity, only hotel bookings qualify, not other categories.
18. Field prices remain applicable for a limited period.
19. Offers cannot be combined or stacked.
20. A membership card must be presented to the service provider while availing services.
