How long can we stay in the snow area?
Every session in Snow Kingdom is one hour. You need to be in the airlock room for 15 minutes to help your body adapt to the sub-zero temperatures. The rest 45 minutes you can spend in the snow area.

What are Snow Kingdom timings?
Snow Kingdom is open from 11 AM to 9 PM every day. Entry is allowed in batches. It has ten sessions daily, each one hour long. The entry for the last session is at 8 PM.

Is there any extra charge beyond the ticket rate?
Mumbai Snow Kingdom rates include the charges for all the activities in the snow area. You don't need to pay any extra charges for the rides inside. Snow gear is also provided free of cost, to be returned before leaving. The returnable snow gear for infants below 90cm in height is chargeable at ?150. To take professional cameras, including DSLRs and other digital cameras, you must pay ?250 extra per camera. Also, professional photo shoots are chargeable at ?15,000 per hour.

Does Snow Kingdom provide snow wear?
Snow Kingdom provides the snow wear needed for the duration of the session. These include warm gloves, boots, jerkins and socks. The gear is offered on a returnable basis. Any damage or loss is chargeable.
