• SMIRA management shall not issue any duplicate booklet in case of loss or theft.

• Any other commitment given by the executive other than the above-mentioned terms shall not be fulfilled by SMIRA Management.
• Any legal issues will be solved by an arbitrator in Mumbai jurisdiction only errors and omissions expected.
