9. In case of heavy rains, for the guest’s safety reasons park management reserves the right to shut the rides.
10. Della is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Guests are encouraged to use on-site lockers to store personal items.
11. This coupon is governed by the rules and regulations of Pooja Travel.
12. SMIRA management is not responsible and will not intervene in case of service-related issues with the participating partner. We kindly request you to coordinate directly with the participating partner.
13. Any other commitment given by the executive other than the above-mentioned terms shall not be fulfilled by SMIRA management.
16. Any legal issues will be solved by an arbitrator in Mumbai jurisdiction only errors and omissions expected.
