Situated between Karjat and Khopoli, Camp Max is easily accessible by road. With Mumbai and Pune just being a 1.5 hour drive away, Camp Max becomes the perfect destination for a rejuvenating weekend retreat.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. You are eligible for refund (after 50% deduction as service tax) if cancellations are made 24 hours prior the check-in time.
2. The tent is provided to the customer once accommodated no change will be done to shift the tent.
3. In the case of late check-out, you may have to pay extra money.
4. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the tents.
5. In case of weather forecasting or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled but the team will try to provide you with the other best services.
6. The staff of Camp Max will give you proper guidance for the activities carried out. During any activity, if any minor injury takes place we will provide you with First aid kit.
7. The client’s participation is voluntary in any activity which he/she wants to perform, “Camp Max” is not responsible under any circumstances for injury, accidents or loss of personal property.
8. The conduct and behaviour of the client should not cause any harm to the other members. Strict actions will be taken against them by the Camp Max and they might ask to leave immediately. Under such circumstances, no refunding can be done.
9. To avail the offer, customer will be required to pay Internet Charges + 5% Extra GST directly to the Camp Max account in advance for Entry fees.
10. SMIRA management is not responsible and will not intertvene in case service- related issues with participating partner. We kindly request you to coordinate directly with the participating partner.
11. Any other commitments were given by the executive which is other than about mentioned terms shall not be fulfilled by SMIRA Management.
12. Any legal issues will be solved by an arbitrator in Mumbai jurisdiction only errors and omissions expected.
